The Meltique Beef Loin Fillet was made for the airline industry as an alternative to the more commonly used Tenderloin.

Hastings Food Processing saw the potential to develop a product that could achieve the same eating characteristics as the Tenderloin with a more consistent size and shape and give a 98% portioning Yield.
