Meltique Beef is sold frozen and should be thawed under refrigeration before cooking, shelf life after defrosting is 3 days. Meltique Beef can only be cut or portioned while in a frozen or tempered state.

All products suitable for grilling, frying, impingement cooking, roasting, BBQ. Can be cooked from frozen.
